 Can I return or exchange an item purchased on CityDeals.com?
  A: CityDeals.com does not allow exchanges, but we do accept returns in exchange for CityDeals.com credit. For more information regarding returns, please visit our page on Returns.

 How long does shipping normally take? 
  A:We normally ship all orders within 24-hours from the time it is placed. Most of the time, you will receive your order within four to five business days, but we do require you wait a full ten business days befores orders are considered lost. Please refer to our shipping information or lost orders page for more details.

 I purchased a Print@Home certificate from CityDeals.com. How do I print it?
  A:If you are not immediately given the option to print out your certificate after checkout, you can find the product by selecting the "My Account" tab. Once you are logged in to your account, select "My Printable Products" located on the left hand side of the page. This will list the products that you have available to print, giving you the opportunity to print them out.

 I have a CityDeals.com credit on my account, how do I apply it to my order?
  A:You must first be logged in to your CityDeals.comâ„¢ account. To redeem the credit, proceed to the checkout process until you reach the payment options. Under step four is a box listing your credit. Here you will type in the dollar amount of credit you wish to use (without the dollar sign) and hit apply. You will then see the credit taken off your order total.

 Do gift certificates have any special restrictions or expiration dates?
  A:All certificates will have special restrictions and expiration dates. Click on the product you're interested in to learn more. Please make yourself aware of the details and restriction in "Rules of the Deal". As you browse our site, you will see Deal Boxes that give a preview of the deal with the price, be sure to click the blue Details button to learn more. In the event that a customer has allowed their certificate to expire, although CityDeals.com is unable to reissue the certificate, we will accept the item back as a return for CityDeals.com credit.  What is CityDeals.com and how does it work?
  A:CityDeals.com is an online marketplace to shop for deals at your favorite businesses. When visiting CityDeals.com, you will find deals by searching categories (such as "restaurants") or by typing in phrases (such as "motels"), specific to your city.

 Do I have to join a club or pay a membership fee to use CityDeals.com?
  A:CityDeals.com does not require any fee or club membership to use the site.

 How do I search for existing deals in my area?
  A:Enter in your search terms in our blue search bar located at the top of every page. The first box is for Keywords relevant to what you are looking for. General words like "laser hair removal", "pizza" or "golf" will bring up any related deal but you can also type in the exact names of certain businesses. The next box is for City, State or Zip -- you may also just type "all" or leave that field blank to broaden your search. The final box is a drop-down menu to narrow down the category, but you may leave this set to "All Categories" to maximize your search results.

 I see rewards points listed on my account. How can I redeem them?
  A:The CityDeals.com rewards program is currently under construction, but we would like to assure you all orders placed during this time are still earning points. When the program becomes available we will have a better explanation on how it works and how to redeem them.

 I was emailed about a promotional sale, but forgot to enter the coupon code at checkout when my order was placed. Can I still get the additional percentage off?
  A:CityDeals.com is unable to back date or extend any sales, specials, discounts or promotional codes, to any orders that have already been submitted or orders that are made after the time they are being offered.

  A:USPS First class mail is $0.99.

 What if my package is lost in the mail?
  A:Items purchased from CityDeals.com are subject to shipment contracts with third party carriers. We are not responsible if a gift certificate/card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission once the shipment has been turned over to third party carriers. All delivery times given are estimates and CityDeals.com is not liable for any shipping delays. CityDeals.com is not liable for shipments that are undeliverable. We will attempt to contact the customer to resolve the error. In any event, customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees related to the shipment. Please refer to our lost orders page for more information.

 If I place one order for multiple items, can I ship items to multiple addresses?
  A:No, but you can send different orders to different addresses. Instead of placing your entire order at once, place different orders for each address you wish to send the deals. Shipping costs are applied to each order you make.

 The deal I am interested in is currently sold out. How do I request to be notified when the
item is restocked?
 

A:When viewing the listing for the sold out item, select "Notify When Restocked" and enter in your email address to be notified immediately when the product becomes available.

 Do I have to use the entire balance of the gift card/certificate all at once?
 

A:This is based on merchant preference so be sure to check the details and restrictions posted on the website under Rules of the Deal for each gift certificate listing before you purchase a deal. If a business doesn't provide a credit for the unused balance on a gift certificate, they are required to post this information on CityDeals.com.
